This week I'm starting a six week workout program for bodybuilding.com called "Six Week Torch Fat With HIIT 100s". For this HIIT 100s program, It combines HIIT not only with weights but also with two very popular, intense, and effective weight-training techniques: German volume training (GVT) and Hundreds training. With GVT, aka 10x10, you do 10 sets of 10 reps on a given exercise. Hundreds, as the name implies, involves doing 100-rep sets. With Hundreds, you'll do 10 sets of 10 reps for one exercise per muscle group.
The program has six workouts a week with one day off, but I need two days off so I'll be doing two workout on Mondays. This program is suppose to decrease your body fat so my goal is to decrease my fat% by 5%. Today I weighted in at 169lbs and 26.3% body fat.
