Oh my

Disappeared into depression.

Ugh.

Taking it one day at a time and on new meds. My new goals are baby goals. Drink your water, do your stretches, get out of the house even if its just to sit on the patio.

But its a start, I think.

Small goals are good. Best of luck.

That is a start :) Getting new meds, especially those that alter your behaviors/energy levels, are hard! Just do what you can and make progress slowly... slow and steady wins the race!

Eggs A Plenty

Tuesday, September 29, 2009

So...
My egg concoction is working great.

8 medium brown eggs with Omega 3
2 Green Peppers
2 Red Peppers
4 Roma Tomatoes
4 cups of fresh spinach

Cooked all the veggies up first, added the eggs, popped in the oven to ensure everything cooked and parted it in to 4 equal amounts. It's more veggies in a day than I ever get heh.

And alot more filling than the good old Special K.

So I think each week I will buy different veggies and make something similar to get my veggies in.

Next week's goal Healthy Lunch, eek!

sounds yummy! We have this often, and call it "garden scramble". Only with egg whites instead of eggs. Enjoy!

I've been reading up on the PALEO diet and so I'm going to move my direct closer in that direction.

I figure I will start out with breakfast as egg dishes are easy to cook in bulk and freeze for week one ( next week ) and fruit dishes are also easy to pull off as well.

Week 2, I will ensure 1 of my 2 snacks for the day is full paleo and so and so on.

Week 3, tackle lunch and so on.

I plan on making my life atleast 75% all natural foods. Somethings I know I will never give up such as milk or soy milk ( can eliminate one but not both ) so it's one step at a time in the right direction for me.

Later,
Brandi
