For the first 56 days, I wanted to drop some weight by just eating right so it would be easier on my knees and feet when I started a workout program. So down 33.9lbs., I started the Insanity workout program. When I wasn't working out, I averaged about 1,750 calories a day. I knew when I started working out that I would have to increase my calories.
Keep in mind that I am 6'7" and have 167 lbs. to lose so 1,750 is low but I spread it out and it worked for me.
Spark says I can have between 2,220-2,570 calories/day. Here is my week in calories...
July 1 - 2,206
July 2 - 2,218
July 3 - 2,219
July 4 - 2,228
July 5 - 2,285
July 6 - 2,282
July 7 - 2,284 (already have my menu done for the day)
I was right around my minimum each day which is exactly what I am going for!
As for fat, Spark says I can have between 49-100. My week in fat...

I want to average between 35-40 a day. Trying to tweak my diet a bit to get enough.
As far as Carbs, Spark says I can have 250-418. My week in carbs....

I am perfectly happy with being in that 330 range!
As for protein, Spark says I should have between 60-225. My week in protein...

Really happy with my numbers for the week.
It can be difficult at time but I am constantly tweaking things to get in the ranges I need to be. It is a constant thing and kind of fun making it a challenge. Really happy with my week 1 with these numbers and I WILL KEEP GOING!
