So I am sooo proud of myself on this very day. I have gone my whole life not eating healthy. Lots of meat, lots of snacks and sweets, and not a lot of fruits and veggies. I am happy to say that today I have cut out almost all sweets, my snacks are healthy, mostly fruits actually, and this is my 3rd day as a vegetarian. I am really trying to keep my meat intake to 2 meals a week. I was reading some articles on here that said that was great for a person's diet. The great thing is, is that I am having no troubles with it either! I love veggies and fruits but just never ate them. Yesterday I have 6 servings of fruits and veggies, and I can only hope that I can keep that high number up for good!
