I'm down 2.5 pounds this week and finally today I'm not feeling so cruddy, (was feeling pretty yucky yesterday and stayed home from work) and I'm happy about that.
I'm eating better and doing some exercise, but now my oldest sister (she lives in Toronto) wants to run/jog/walk around our 5.2KM lake with ME when she comes to visit this summer, lol.
SO...I guess that means I had better "kick it up" in the exercise and strength training department until then, yikes! She is almost 11 yrs older than me and can kick my butt with jogging, ha ha!
Let the training begin...

I am getting in lots of steps though with my lovely little Fitbit pedometer.
Tomorrow is back to the grind stone and work, work, work!!
I have enjoyed my mini vacation (four days off of work, lol) so no complaints from this old gal, lol.
Now it's time to get some stairs in...Later!!
Ok so I got in a 30-minute walking dvd today and boy oh boy are my legs protesting that, lol!
I think I will survive though...lol....
Well, so far I have two days of exercise in...
I just finished doing a 3-Mile walking dvd!! now walking around the house doing chores too for more walking.
I weighed in on Saturday and was down 2 pounds so far this month and hoping for more by next weekend!!

I had my weigh in today at W.w.'s and lost 3 whole pounds!! I'm finally back on track and losing good again, hooray!!
I CAN't WAIT to get under 200...only 4.6 lbs to go!! Woo hooo!!
