Okay, I want to thank my good friend here on Sparkpeople, Surf Walker. I read her blog this morning and it really inspired me. Thank you.
Today I had several walks, no alcohol, and really counted everything that went into my mouth. My only beverages were brewed tea, coffee, unsweetened ice tea and club soda.
Joe and I did eat out for lunch, but I had grilled chicken sandwich and lonely ate half.
Tonight is salad with homemade dressing, A fresh artichoke, and maybe some broiled cod.
I stayed active all day today getting things done in the house.
What happened besides Surf Walker's Blog? I got on the scale. I'm going to admit something here. I am just shy of two hundred.
I have never been that heavy in my entire life. My average weight ran from 135 to 145. When I quit smoking it went up to 160 and I joined weight watchers and it can back down to 145.
I know I am under stress financially. I sometimes have issues sleeping through the whole night. I do not get enough exercise and make no effort other than walking Brutus for a bit at the beach.
I drink too much wine. Which is a problem in itself.
So now I need to concentrate on getting thin again. My feet hurt, my boobs got big, which believe it or not, I hate. I have always had small ones. I can't fit into any of my pretty clothes. I can't bend and stretch like I used too. Up until two years ago, I could still pull my foot up to my face and touch my nose. I could do that since being a child. Not happening now.
I feel I am a ticking time bomb for diseases such as Diabetes. I hurt my knee in the beginning of August and it still hasn't completely healed.
I need to keep a copy of this to remind myself.
I can't believe I announced how heavy I got. Yikes.
Okay, enough for now. Catch you guys soon. I plan on being around more.

Yesterday Joe, Brutus and I went to the Annual Potato Festival in Bunnell Florida. My baby boy came in second place in the Dog Contest.

Lots of good news lately.
One our business has been very busy after the New Year and holiday stuff,
two, our lease is being renewed at our current rent for two more years, and three, I've lost 5 pounds since sparking again.
It's slow but steady.
Still watching the gluten and carbs. Trying to get my carbs from veggies. Staying away from Bread (which I LOVE) , pasta, and rice. Not easy.
I do not have an allergy so if I slip a bit, no problem.
I am on a 30 day streak. Yeah!
