This week's goals are pretty low key.
1) Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
2) Be in bed no later than 2230
3) Yoga 3x this week
4) Keep posting on Spark
Still recovering from bronchitis, so this week is about not pushing it and simply taking care of myself. I've decided to not pursue any other form of exercise until I'm feeling better.
I've also had to let my team know that I won't be at practice tomorrow night and to have someone else lead praise and worship on Sunday. I'm hoping to at least make it to church next Sunday and play piano. Time will tell.
I find myself really frustrated right now. Even regular, every day tasks leave me short of breath. But I know that I will get back to normal eventually, so there will be no giving up on healthy habits just because I can't do my regular workouts right now. That is why I put goal #4 up here. If I stay active on the site I'm more likely to stick to my other goals. And being healthy isn't just about exercise, it's also about taking care of yourself. So that's the plan for this week.
