I have 2 goals I'd like to meet for this week. The first goal is start to every day with a glass of water. Before I even have breakfast or coffee, I want to get that one cup of water in my system to start the day off right.
The second goal is to blog about the workouts I do this week. This includes what the work out is, why I chose it, and how I felt before and after the workout.
That's it! 2 simple, attainable goals for my first week back on track.
