What is going on with me?

The past two days I have been feeling super hungry, why? I want to cry. I am eating more too. After looking at my nutrition I have noticed the calories are up about 200. Is it because I am baking?

I got to get this in control now!!! Ok any ideas?
I am not giving up, I just didn't think I was going to be facing challenge after challenge with staying on track or letting something slide or fighting food urges or getting water or getting fruit in OHHHHHH. I am going nuts.

How do i take this slow yet face these hurtles (all at once)?

God give me strength and some great advice.

On The sleep challenge I have been doing well, Again I could be turning the tv off an hour sooner. I just have been putting it on sleep timer for an hour.

Still getting my 8 hours in!

    OMG if I was baking just the smell of something baking in the oven would send me over 200 or more calories hahahaha

So I have been baking all day for my daughters birthday treats! AND AH-OH, she wanted brownies for a treat and they are my weakness!! One broke, oops. Yes, I ate it! I ate it!
So I took my carb out of lunch and doubled on veggies. Don't know if that will help but what can a girl do when faced with sucj dilemas?

Ok Out of my mind now, I feel better!

I am been running like crazy the past couple days getting ready for my daughters birthday this weekend. She is not having a party but we are making cupcakes for her class and brownie flowers for her cheer quad. Didn't think it was gonna be a big deal but I was still running around like crazy.

Even with all the running around I have been on track with my nutrition! emoticon

Just gotta turn that tv off at night , OOPS. haha

Hope everyone is doing great on their journey and remember to just keep at it!!


Getting back on that horse - Tough 1st Weekend

So sleep journal and food journal went poof this weekend. I staid on my meal plan but saturday night around 10 pm I started piggy out on my healthy snacks, wasn't neccesary. I am not sure what happen. I am still pumped and not discouraged about this weekend. Before this new journey I would of already giving up. But I am not done yet. I will get that excercise in and make journaling a habit!! This was my first weekend. I can take a lot of what happened in and try to make some bigger changes next weekend. One step at a time, right?

Day 3 - Sleep Challenge

Last night was horrible!! i turned everything off everything at 10 was tossing and turning till 11:30. UGHHH!!! I turned the TV on then turned it off because my goal was to keep the TV off. Then I had such vivid dreams and I kept waking up with every little noise. I was so exhausted with trying to sleep it sucked!

I am in bed already tired and ready to go to sleep. I hope it goes better today!

I have been making meal plans out of my old WW cook book and they have been great! My husband has evening been enjoying them. We had chicken ravioli with roasted red tomato sauce ( i had to perk that up, good thing I already make a healthy red sauce). Then I made yellow squash and zucchini marinade in a lemon thing on toasted flat bread sprinkled with mozz cheese. It asked for goat cheese but I am not a fan. Tonight I made teriyaki sirloin with vegetable refried rice. Delicious, made it with brown rice. I had to add a little extra soy sauce but because it was so low in fat and calories it was A OK! Tomorrow we get to grill out, I have a pork loin for sunday and some great healthy snacks for a fun yet yummy football filled saturday!

Well, I think I am making myself hungry again haha.

I got 6 glasses of water in today! Last two were after dinner but I am still working on it. I tend to forget.
