Goal for December.

My goal for December is to do 1000 crunches. I have from the 1st to the 31st to meet my goal. Now if I do more that's good. For now it's set at 1000. If I don't meet my goal of 100 crunches then next month I will have to give up coffee for the whole month. (That is enough motivation for me to meet my goal.) I think I'm going to make each month a different goal for myself. Saw something like this from a link on shape.com so I made my own type of goal.

Dancing in my room.

I have to say it felt good to dance in my room. Now I'm not the best dancer but man does it get my heart pumping. I haven't done this in a very long time and I think I'm going do it every night. I like the feel of the sweat running down my face and body. Up beat music is the best. I love Pitbull's Rain Over Me and some stuff by Jennifer Lopez. Just the beat gets my feet going and my body moving.

Jogging outside

It is so different from jogging on a treadmill. I do know that I'm still out of shape but I'm very proud of myself for doing it. So my goal of running 2 miles in 20 minutes is going to be pushed back to the new year. It is so hard anymore to get on the treadmills at the gym that I just said forget it I'm going outside to jog. Now I have a new goal to jog around the block without stopping. Then I'm going to slowly add another block to my jog. I feel so good after that as well. So my game plan is doing the weights at the gym then hit the outside for my jog. emoticon

I'm amazed with myself and how close I am to my goal weight. I've been looking in the mirror and I can see that I have been losing inches and weight. My belly is now shrinking and I'm hoping that I can get it to where it's flat. I'm not trying to get a 4 pack or even a 6 pack. Just a flat, toned belly for me will do nicely. My arms are slowly getting toned and my jogging on the treadmill is getting better. Over all my body is looking good and I'm feeling great! Now onward to me losing my last 15 pounds! emoticon

Anyone else have a cheat meal every once in a while?

Today I ate pretty good for breakfast, lunch and even my snacks. At dinner time I did have 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. I don't really have pizza to begin with and tonight it was what was for dinner at my mom's house. Along with water for me. I can say that I'm not beating myself up for having something that I don't have often. Use I would be so mad at myself but not now. I know tomorrow I'm going to eat well and go to the gym like I normally do.

    Not with food but with wine....and don't feel bad about it. What would life be like if cheat every now and then.
