So I complete day 1 of 30 day shred. And I have to say I didnt really feel very challenged! I guess I will have to see if I start to feel sore later. I started it on youtube because I didnt want to buy it then not like it and never use it again. I think I am still gonna wait to buy it to see if it becomes more challenging as the days go on into me doing the program. But as of now I survived day 1 without really feeling like i did much :( the only thing that i felt was the lateral raises with side lung. Thats the only thing that really made me feel anything, well maybe the pushups to! I am really hoping this week is the week that i break this stupid plateau.
