Breakfast. A banana, an Asian Pear, and Water
Snack. Coffee, two Rice Cakes, and of course, more Water
Lunch. Home made soup, Greek Yogurt with a little Fruit Cocktail, a Salad with romain lettuce and spinach, shrimp, grilled chicken, cucumbers, mushrooms, and egg whites. Yes, I tossed the yolks. No dressing. I like it plain. And of course, more water.
Had a couple coffee in the afternoon.
Supper. Low Fat Chicken Alfredo on Gluten Free Spiral Pasta. I also had some jello with peaches in in. Okay, lots of jello.
Oh yeah. Almost forgot, I also had a couple wings after work. And a glass of milk with supper.
I've gotta work at remembering to take the pics before I eat...
