sleep journal week one sunday

last night i passed out in front of laptop on day bed at 3 am. ate dinner at 12:30 am. woke at 5 or 6 am then back to sleep til about 9 am i think. need to eat dinner earlier brush teeth and go to big bed. if eating late take pain or sleep med, pick one, brush teeth, go to big bed.

exercising through injury

my knee is taking its own sweet time getting better. Part of the problem is I either 100% stop exercising or over-exercise when I'm injured. I think (hope) I'm finally learning to take it slow when injured but don't totally stop.

It's a learning curve :)

    Hi BlueJean99,
I have worked through injuries myself. I fell down on my left knee last summer, and I had to lay off of it. I didn't know how to get back into exercise with a bruised and out of sync knee. I thought I was done for. Then in December I did physical therapy for six weeks, and I learned the correct way to "get back on the horse" I fell off of. You're right. Slow and steady is the way to get back into important activities and exercise. Thank you for sharing your journey to health.
