How do you reward yourself for doing great and keeping to your plan?
Me, I ate 4 slices of pizza, 2 apples, a dinner salad and 2 celery stalks w/ PB the night before weigh-in. I was honest and updated my weight, but I'm up 1.4 lbs this week. Not very bright if you ask me.
Advice to myself. When I'm on a roll, stick with it. Be smart so that when I weigh in I can be rewarded with a happy number!
