Eating right can be a challenge on a budget. I have started focusing on the things that are on sale. For the last month or so I buy only produce that is on sale or that I must have, instead of what I want or goes with some predetermined menu. I then plan my meals around this produce. I supplement fresh produce with natural frozen (no additives). This is saving me quite a bit of money.

When you join these types of groups that promise you plans you really expect more adaptability. But making it your own is still up to you. It must fit your life for you to be successful. Don't stop because it doesn't fit find a way to make it fit or find a different group / club. Make it fit your life, YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Yesterday was a massive congestion day - felt like I had cement in my sinuses. On top of that I itched from head to toe with seemingly no reason. Normally I would think allergies but no runny nose - I usually get a runny nose with my allergies.

I got a little relief from one of my cup of soup thingees but oh I hate how much sodium there is.

For dinner I was thinking I need to do better than the cup of soup nutrition wise but really could hardly stand long enough to coook. So I had a can of chili with corn chips and cheese....another bad choice.

So yesterday was a bad bad food day all because I sick.

Soooo.....I need to plan what I can eat on sick days while I am feeling okay, that way the plan is in order and all I have to do is follow.

    I have been sick too and eating when you are sick is not fun. Feel better and find something that will work well with your tummy. My husband surprised me and fed me really well on Sunday. I had applesauce for the first time in years as well as a steady stream of simple bread, tea, and avocado if I wanted it.

Or really not so funny how depression can interfere with your weightloss goals.

Worse yet is if your program is the reason for your depression.

Last night I was short on calories, carbs, and calcium, I kept thinking I could have some ice cream but I was so depressed that I didn't even eat ice cream I went to bed after completing my steps and exercises. Well at least I didn't overindulge.
