Or really not so funny how depression can interfere with your weightloss goals.
Worse yet is if your program is the reason for your depression.
Last night I was short on calories, carbs, and calcium, I kept thinking I could have some ice cream but I was so depressed that I didn't even eat ice cream I went to bed after completing my steps and exercises. Well at least I didn't overindulge.
