Until my test I will just do what I can

After my test I will take one week to get readjusted and make a new workout schedule and diet plan

Then for approximately 2 weeks I will play with the new plan, seeing what works making some tweaks

Then on the first of July I will reset my streaks and hit the plan like it needs to be out of the ballpark

So last night, Tuesday May 5th, I set about getting things done on time so I can watch the show...instead of the recording of the show. Worked perfectly.

Everybody sat down to watch the show.

I was amazed.

My hubby started crying somewhere in the show, not sure where, but by the end when Ron crossed the finish line it was absolutely evident that something was really bothering him.

I said (shame on me), "What's wrong with you, you aren't overweight!" I was just in a bad mood because with everyone watching the show I couldnt' workout during the show. He says, "I weigh ***, that's the most I have ever weighed." Now I can see it's bothering him but I can't help but think that I haven't seen that number since before I had my second oldest daughter 24 years ago. Also, his deteriorating health has really been dragging him down. So I say, "You don't have to be, you can change what / when you eat, you can exercise with me more." He was quiet for a while.

I then asked, "How far can you run?" He says, "I have only ever ran for my PT." He's military mind you. "That's 2-3 miles." I said, "How far can you run?" He said, "Honestly, probably barely make the 2 right now." I then suggested that we start running together outside instead of on a treadmill. So now I am hooked in....we are going to run together. The proof will come when it comes to eating.

    That's great! Not that he's feeling badly about himself, but that he's willing to work with you... yeah by the time Ron finished, I was teary eyed! The show has been really good this time, as opposed to the last w/ Vicki & Heba... but I swear - if I have to see Helen cry one more time I'm gonna scream!

Okay, so I decide I need to cut back my exercise to fit more studying in

So I decide now is a good time to let SP design my workouts for me

Geezzzz,,, they cut my calories too!!!

And they have me doing an ab workout 3 days a week and nothing else!

What's with that ?!?!

Ah well
I have failed the last two days already

Your amazing. I'm in awe of all the shred workouts you did. You made me motivated. I want to be where your at in the level of exercise you do.
