Back on track again

I've been getting sick alot lately but I'm still on track . I'm trying very hard not to let these setback hold be back .Sometimes I just want to give up but I know if I do I'll never will reach my goal. I know I can it. emoticon emoticon

    What a blessing that we have that word "again" in our vocabulary. I have to use it a lot too but, it's that extra chance that helps us move forward! Hang in there! You're in the right place for support to make it through!

    Hang in there ! I know it's discouraging to get sick; I tend to "feed" my sickness rather than endure it; You know that hanging in there and trying to keep on track will make you feel SO GOOD (eventually). One day at a time; one moment at a time. When you feel like eating your miseries away, try taking a rest instead if you are still feeling weak or sick.

Slow and steady wins!

I lose the same way, emoticon

but you ARE doing it overall.
That's what matters.
In the mean time:
we are learning new habits,
and new routines,
and eating healthier.
All so that when we do get to goal

The last 3 weeks was very hard for me, first I fell down leaving the doctors office (had a great check up) was taken to the er no broken bones but was very soar that was on a Monday, by Friday I was back at the er with horrible stomach pains. They left me for a week. I had inflammation in my pancreas. I stayed home in bed for a week recovering and filling sorry for myself. I lost 4 pounds when I was sick and gain it all back staying in bed for a week. Today I decided to get my butt up and get back on track. I only did a 30 min. workout but it felt good. I have to learn how to deal with my setbacks better or I'll never reach my goal.

Treasure in my closet

I haven't bee in my closet for a very long time,because nothing fit. I kept my other cloths on the other side of my room. I got invited for a special occasion this weekend so I decide to go in ,after all I did lose some weight. To my surprise not only did i found cloths for the party I found a few more pants,jeans,blouses etc. These was things I was planning to give away but never came around to do it, or maybe I was hoping that one day I'll be able to wear them again. But I'm glad kept them so from a size 24 to 18 that's not so bad. Size 16 here I come! emoticon
