...as of March 28, 2009! I'm in a size 8 and haven't been a size 8 since the 6th grade! Awesome! I fit 8's perfectly at White House | Black Market. Cheese!
I really hate traditional cardio, but I love to run. I won't have to do so much cardio anymore because I have no weight to drop. I can just focus on leaning out and building muscle. Sweet! I ordered The Zone Diet book because I need extra help and direct information as to how to put together my food intake percentages, for example 30/20/20 = carbs/protein/fat. With that being said, I'm incorporating South Beach (my first love), The Eat-Clean Diet and The Zone Diet altogether.
I found out (during the past 38 weeks since I changed my life) that I don't want to be a marathoner, I don't want to be a triathlete and that I don't want to be a competitor. I just want to look incredible, be able to lift heavy and show my gunz off everywhere I go! Ha! I want to live to wear bikinis on the beach and fled dex....THAT'S IT!!!
Anyway, I love to run and do circuit training with Jillian so that will stay. Also, I will keep IMAX3 on the list because Cathe's circuits kill too - I'll do her step aerobics when I get bored or something. I need to learn how to tuck jump for real and Cathe will teach me. I will also start doing barbell cleans and snatches in my back yard this summer - those are my favorite exercises which means I have to get a 100lb olympic barbell to play around with out there.
