I have a sinus headache that won't quit. I've taken some medicine for it. Marissa's, son's girlfriend, friends wants me to crochet them a scarf.

Take some time away from crocheting that extra scarf till that sinus headache has gone. You sound as though you need a rest, so just take it easy for a few days. You''ve been so busy with all those scarves you made before Christmas. A few days' break won't hurt, but will certainly give your hands, mind and eyes a chance to recover. Gratitude Journal

1. Water- my building was without water today for a while. Glad when we got it back.

2. Christmas lights.

3. My neighbor lady, that I used to check on, fell and broke her shoulder. We are all grateful that she didn't break her hip.

It is amazing what it is like to do without something that we take for granted. That is when we realize how grateful we are for those things. I love Christmas lights and can look at them for hours.
