I didn't exercise and the healthiest thing I ate was one apple, couple of cubes of pineapple, two strawberries, two baby carrots, 2 cauliflower florets, 3 slices of red pepper and one slice of vegetarian pizza.
I also ate lots of Timbits and cookies and dessert squares.
I was at a bridge tournament and the choices were limited (I brought my own apple). And, we didn't even do well (middle of the pack - 11 tables in the morning session and second to last (16th) in the afternoon session!
The first paragraph doesn't make it sound so bad after all. Although the rest of what I ate wasn't very good for me!
And, this morning, even though I've had a headache since I got up, I made myself do the 2-mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD. The best part of that is that I listen to my own tunes on my iPod because frankly, I'm tired of Leslie Sansone's spiel! The first song I heard on my iPod was Locomotive Breath by Jethro Tull and that got me motivated.
