I'm weighing in early today instead of on Wednesday because I'm going out to dinner tonight with friends from work. I know that's sort of cheating but I don't care. Don't worry, I won't go wild. I just want to eat and not worry about the scale tomorrow.
I weighed in this morning at 212.6, down .4 pounds from last week.
Also, I quit my online Weight Watchers subscription yesterday. I couldn't access their website on Mozilla Firefox (my home browser) and besides that SparkPeople is giving me the same support and tools and it's FREE! Who could ask for anything more? Of course, it's going to take me awhile to figure out my diet using calories, fat, carbs and protein instead of points but I'm definitely up for it.
