Well, I went to my doctor's appointment and she was actully happy with my 10 pounds lost! She told me that I need to eat more, did you hear me? My doctor told me to eat more food! She told me that 1200 calories is not enough. She also told me that I should try to exercise for longer periods of time and that yes, I need to start strength exercise. So, overall I think things went pretty well! My blood pressure is now normal!
