Today, I saw 199.6 on the scale and my heart skipped a beat. I know that efforts cannot be defined by the numbers on the scale, but I have been working out hard for awhile and have not seen much change. I joined weightwatchers and lost 6 pound, my friend lost 15 and she doesn't work out. I remember when my weight creeped up to 194, then 198, 202 and finally 206. I am going to keep going and I hope that 200 is gone for good.
