It has been rough as all year I have wanted to lose some weight, I have begun working out pretty consistently but the scale has stayed firm. I finally decided to try weight watchers. My friends kept pressing my to try diets before as they lost lots of weight on various programs with special foods. However, since I travel alot I need a plan that works with regular food. I must admit that I am still struggling with keeping track of my food but the whole experience has been eyeopening. for example I learned that one dinner at an Italian restaurant cost all of my daily points and most of my weekly ones too. Guess what, it wasn't that good or worth it. I have a new perspective on how many foods are full of calories and I have been avoiding them. I have lost about 6lbs in the last 6 weeks. Slow, but steady progress and I will press on!
