I managed to get in 2.5 miles yesterday, despite a long work day. I have a long day ahead on me tomorrow but I plan to hit a spin class.
I have been working out pretty consistently these year, but I have not lost much weight. However I am addicted to the way I feel in loose clothing. My jeans are sagging a bit and I think I will have to retire two of my favorite pants in a few weeks. I am belting them now. The feel of fabric moving past my thighs when I walk is lovely. Usually my pants are on snug so there is no give.
This motivates me to keep going.
