This week I didn't lose any weight, it was kinda disheartening. I tried to watch what I ate, but I only worked out twice. I had travel for work so I broke my routine. Today I worked out for two hour weights and cardio. I didn't want to but once I got started I got draw in. I have to keep telling myself that this is a process and to stick with it.
No matter what happens I will still praise God because I am able to work out at all.
