4 months ago I started crossfit. I am still going strong, although I haven't been posting. I haven't lost much weight but I can certainly see the increase in muscle mass.
Last week I pulled a hamstring so I had to take a few days off. Yesterday I managed to get 54 assisted pull ups done among other things.
I will finish the month strong.
It has been awhile since I posted here. I was given a journal book and I have been keeping track of my WODs and progress there. I am happy to report that I have been working out consistently all month.
All, I managed to get in 3 days of crossfit despite travel this week. Not my best week but still progress. I will try to post new workouts next week.
I had some travel at the end of the week and some delays so I haven't been back to my gym since wednesday. I have managed some "road workouts" and I have hit two of them.
I will hit it hard again this week.
