So I've lost 30 lbs, but my measurements on my lower body (waist, hips, thighs) are increasing. Probably because belly fat is settling? My upper arms are showing a steady decrease, but I have gained inches in my waist, hips, and thighs! Gack!
Well, my health is better and I'm not going to gain weight to "redistribute" my fat, so this is the way it is -- for now. At some point, the fat has to thin and I will have hanging flesh rather than hanging fat.
