I got to bed kinda late last night (like 3 hours late…) because dinner wasn't ready until 8:30, so I was waaaay too full to go to sleep for quite a while. Monday nights are a little crazy with mom not getting home from her belly dancing class until after 7. Needless to say, that made for an over-caffeinated day today. I got through it though and tonight had yet another veggie-full dinner! With all the yummy recipes I keep finding, this eating healthy thing seems sustainable! It still took a little too long to cook tonight though, so I might be going to bed a little late again tonight…not TOO late, but still not on time. Oh well.

Measurements (in inches) -
under bust: 35
Victories: I lost 4 lbs!!!! I also lost 1.5 inches under my bust and my waist, and a half inch each from my hips and butt. I did *appear* to lose an inch from my bust, but I got some new bras mid-month, so the girls might just be settling differently. I really can't explain the half inch loss in the arms...they weren't flabby before and I did the upper body strength training all month...I'm not sweating it, it's just a little odd.
Yay for progress!

I've been having migraines off and on since Monday night and it's REALLY starting to piss me off. I don't get them very often...I think the last one I had was well over a year ago...but I've NEVER had one that's lasted so long or that kept coming back! Luckily I don't get the super painful kind, just the really disorienting kind. My vision has been really wonky, like everything is stretched really tall or really wide as if the aspect ratio got reset in my brain. I've been seeing auras sometimes (those are really trippy!) and overall I just have a really hard time concentrating on ANYTHING. I haven't exercised nearly as much as I wanted to this week because I'm afraid I'll just fall down! I'm hoping this is tied to my period, that way it'll be over soon.

I wen to bed at 1 am last night (very early for me) and didn't wake up until almost 3 pm. And that was after napping on and off most of the day. I blame the start of my period. It doesn't usually make me THIS fatigued, but I guess it's just an off-month for me. By the time I woke up the house was already filled with my boyfriends friends and they won't be leaving until around 5 am, so no exercise for me yesterday. I really can't exercise with an audience. Oh well, I'll get back to it tomorrow.
