I finally got to the pool today and swam a bit! Unfortunately, I am really out of shape cardiovascularly. I need to focus on getting into the pool more regularly. Maybe I can get a swimming lesson so I re-learn the basics of how to do different strokes. In any case, it was a good time and swimming is good for the feet and the back!

    Swimming is an excellent form of exercise. I encourage you to follow through on this. In fact, I think you have motivated me to do the same. There is a community pool where I live. I may go take a dip this afternoon.

1) Even flexibility. I have been stretching every day but Sunday (even god rested) and have gotten more flexible but the uneven distribution has persisted if not gotten worse.

2) Build upper body strength. I will do upper body 2-3 times a week.

3) Endurance. I will begin cross-training this month. Swimming and biking. I just wish it would warm up already- it feels like the longest spring ever.

4) Go on a caffeine break. I am trying to wean myself off of caffeine for a little bit. I would like to take a week-long break at the end of the month.
