It was one of those rare perfectly healthy days. It was also one of the most challenging riding days. With temperatures in the low 20's and winds gusting into the 30 MPH, it was all I could do to keep the bike up. But we braved the elements and hung tough. HOOAAA!!
Have to be real careful. Falling into the eating trap. Too many cookies, too much garbage snacks. Have to work real hard at controlling the bad eating habits. On the good side, exercised vigorously for 2+ hours. HOOAAA!!
