Updating my Curves Weigh-in/measures

I've been really slacking in this, so I figured I had better catch up. the good thing about doing Curves 3x/wk is that I have maintained my weight even though I have not followed a healthy eating routine. Of course, it would be better if I did, and reap the other benefits I should be getting from Curves!

Arms: 14
Waist: 46
Abs: 49.75
Thigh: 24.75
Body Fat: 41.5%

Body Fat: 41.9

There is definite improvement in Oct..I think mostly to Curves getting a new program and boosting up the equipment. My Curves now has 'CurvesSmart'..your performance level is enter into the computerized machine, and your efforts are tracked. It makes sure you are working out at the max level you are capable of.

Jan Curves Weigh-in & Measure

this is from my Jan weigh-in 1/21/08

Bust 44 (-1 from Dec, -2.25 from start)
Waist 43 (-1 from Dec, -1.25 from start)
Abdomen 49.5 (+1.5 from Dec, -1.5 from start)
Hips 49 (+.25 from Dec, -1.5 from start)
Thighs 26 (+4.5 from Dec, +1 from start) but they are stronger!
Calves - did not measure
Arms 14 ((+1 from Dec, -1 from start)
Body Fat 41.3% (-5 from Dec, -.70 from start)

weighed in today @ 225!!

228 today Curves. I did my monthly measure this past Monday and I was down inches too! BF keeps complaining when he sees a loss of inches at my bust area, and I have to keep telling him it's the (bad) back fat, and loss of inches is good!

Signed up for a '6 Week Solution' thru Curves..basically nutritionally training and how to incorporate it with the Curves program. I don't have alot of the 'proper' or suggested food to follow their program as written, but I am being waay more conscious of what I am eating..and it seems to be working so far!
