well, I've been doing Curves for 3 wks now..3-4x/wk..and I love it! I have to drag myself there sometimes, but feel really good about it afterward. Just on a whim yesterday, I asked the rep at the club I was visiting if she would measure my body fat - I figure a 5# loss should show something! And I'm thinking that I should have burned some fat and gained muscle by now. I'm not noticing a difference in my clothes yet - that will be when I can get back into the jeans I have. Anyhow..she measured..and it read 36.4%. I checked my paperwork when I got home, and I started at 42.1%. WOO HOO!! That's a 5.7 reduction! The rest of the numbers don't make sense though, cause that would mean a 13# loss (5% of 239.5)????? Anyhow..there is progress being made! Look out! **disregard the #'s above, they are incorrect. I was looking the wrong set of numbers on the equipment! (darn!)
The BF is out of town this week so it's just me for meals. I made up a big pan of Lipton Roasted Veggies yesterday, and a pan of Black Bean Brownies. It's going to be as much low-fat eating as I can take this week, and Curves at least 4 days, hopefully all 5, and Sat too!!
