OK..I believe I am finally motivated again!! The scale reads 197.50 and has for about a week already! I am not quite sure what I am doing as I honestly have not made alot of healthy changes, except for perhaps the weight loss shakes/smoothies I will drink when I get up as opposed to eating a breakfast. I have set a goal to be @ approx 150lbsor less around the end of July 2012. My journey has started and am very motivated by the fact that I can buy and wear 1x (and sometimes large) tops, and have actually bought jeans! I finally found the ones that have some stretch that can fit me and accomodate my belly, without having to search out maternity jeans - which end up really baggy in the butt! I promise to be better in my food tracking too, and am very open to suggestions, comments and advice from other members! I am ready to be thin & healthy!!
