My son had ball practice yesterday, which happens to be near the bike trail. So I strapped my bike on my car, dropped him off and rode for 55 minutes! I LOVE riding! It's such a good stress reliever and a fun form of exercise! There were a TON of people on the trail! It's good to see people making healthy lifestyle habits! There were people walking, biking and rollerblading. I've tried rollerblading before but I fell on my butt and was sore for a couple of days. I wish a could 'blade' like the wind, some of those folks are as old as I am, but I'm not good at stopping those wheels My daughter and I do rollerblade on our driveway tho. It's safer that way, 'cause I don't have to go down any inclines! Plus I can fall into the grass if I need to!
