Managed a 2 hr 30 min session at the gym this morning:
40 mins on treadmill and it felt great,
40 mins on power bike not so great as it was the last workout of the day,
15 mins on the cross trainer,
90 forward lunges with a 5kg powerbag on shoulders,
3 sets of 15 shoulder rotation (woodchops) either side,
3 sets of 20 reps on traditional Lat pulldown machine, 3 sets of 25 reps on chest press,
3 sets of 30 reps on forward lat pulldown machine,
3 sets of 30 reps 4kg kickbacks,
3 sets of 33 reps of the adductor,
3 sets of 33 reps of the abductor
5 min cooldown on treadmill
10 min stretching session.
I truly love the euphoria feeling that the workout gives me, I crave it most days
Everything still on track, which is good.
Shopping done for the week for planned meals which makes it a lot easier to stay on track and spend less
Got a friend coming to stay with us for a while as she's going through a bad time (divorce) and it's getting too much for her as she's going to be left with very little but memories.

Well today I did a 26 mile bike ride today, it was quite lovely, the scenery was amazing and I'm so proud of myself for completing it
Had a lovely Sunday lunch and a chill out with hubby.
Kept on track with everything and nothing else to report.
Had a lovely weekend.

Oh My Gosh!!! It was all happening yesterday....what a great day, first of all I went to the gym and had my programme review, this is where they weigh you and look at you through the corner of their eye thinking 'fat sod, why haven't you lost any weight', or that could just be me thinking that's what they're thinking. Actually in truth they are all really lovely and they are so friendly and approachable, anyway I got weighed and I've lost 11lb in 6 weeks. Yes folks you did read that right, you get weighed before you start your programme then change the exercises every 6 weeks and the process is that they weigh you every single time just to make sure that it's working, I couldn't believe it , I'm so proud, happy even elated.
The down side is they've made it a bit harder so that my body doesn't start to get used to that level of physical activity and I stop seeing results and oh my, don't I know about it this morning. It is now a 2hr 30 min session if I carry on with the powerbike, which isn't on the agenda but I like to do it as an extra.
My boobs are now starting to disappear along with the rest of me and hubby has offered to give me some money to go and buy new underwear and all my old, now too big underwear is going into storage until after Christmas where I am going to do a ritual burning session, to give thanks to the goddess of healthy habits.
By way of a treat I took my friend to the yoga class and sauna as a guest and we were chatting, she's going to check out the SP website, she loves the idea that it's all free as she's just going through a separation/divorce and can't really afford to pay to go anywhere at the moment.
Now don't get me wrong she will do a bit of exercise if she's pushed, she used to like cycling but she suffered a head injury one day while cycling to work (the bike frame collapsed on her going down a hill and she hit her had pretty hard on the kerb, resulting in a broken cheek bone , if she hadn't been wearing her helmet she wouldn't be here now but as a result she suffers with cognitive memory loss), She loves surfing but it's few and far between and she has been known to do jazz dance and pilates, but you try and get her to do something other than that is like pulling hens teeth. Anyhow she loved the yoga class and the sauna, steam and sensory room and she's coming to try it next week, she said she might also come to the gym with me to help take her mind off her current situation for a bit, which will be good for me too as somedays I need a push.

Had yet another weird dream last night about climbing again, do think it's something to do with my new healthy lifestyle.
Walked 2.5 miles to the sport center this morning and did 1hr body combat then walked 2.5 mile home.
My friend came round this afternoon, she's going through a bad patch at the moment, her husbands just told her he's leaving her. She's is devastated she didn't see it coming.
Will be walking to sports center again soon another 2.5 there and 2.5 back, doing pilates 1hr in between, so getting in plenty of exercise.
Managed to get a healthy lunch and a shower after my friend left. Doing well with water intake.
Nothing over exciting to report today.

I dream weird and vivid dreams quite a lot and last night was no exception, I had a dream that I was in a monkey enclosure with a climbing frame in a pool with other people (no-one I knew), I had to climb up this frame to get away from the monkeys, only I couldn't climb I couldn't get my leg up or pull myself up and the monkeys kept holding onto me, around my waist and ankles, they weren't nasty just holding me so I couldn't climb.
The next minuite I was a hostage in a war camp(don't know which one) with some other women and we were being guarded by some soldiers, one of the soldiers started to attack one of the women so I grabbed his machine gun and shot him( it wasn't graphic) I just knew I had shot him, some of the other women started to attack the few soldiers, next minuite all hell broke loose and we tried to make an escape in the chaos, we must have escaped because the next thing I'm at a tearful reunion with these women and the woman that was getting attacked was hugging me and thanking me..........how bizarre!!!
It probably has no relevance to anything but I just thought I would share.
I managed to do a 2hr and 25min workout at the gym today and even did a 5min extra stint on the powerbike making it 51mins altogether, I'm looking forward to a 1hr zumba session later.
Managed to stay within range so far on my food tracker plus lots of water
