Had the most amazing weekend with hubby at Whitby. We did loads of walking, 20 miles on the Sunday via the coastal route into Robin Hoods Bay in the rain mostly. Didn't do any tracking of any kind this weekend but the site didn't have wifi, so even though I took the laptop with me I couldn't use it.
I ate healthily Saturday evening but had a couple of glasses of wine. I was naughty Sunday and had fish, chips and mushy peas but I didn't eat it all, I left most of my chips a bit of my fish and some of my peas, hubby had ice cream but I didn't, unfortunately Sunday evening we went into the club on the site and I had a few glasses of wine and a bag of dry roasted peanuts while playing darts and pool.
Monday I was very very naughty, I had a veggie breakfast then when we got into Whitby I had a small piece of choc fudge brownie and white chocolate cheesecake, I didn't eat lunch as I was still full from my breakfast and the bit of cheesecake. We came home Sunday evening and we stopped at a café on the way back, I don't know why but I had another piece of cake (lemon drizzle) why, oh why did I do that? Just to add insult to injury I had an Indian curry (veggie)
To be fair I still got loads of exercise through walking to, from and around Whitby on several occasions other that didn't get chance to exercise but I got back to it today.
Did a 2 hr 30 min gym session this morning and stayed on track with food. No sweet things. Don't know why I get so tempted when I'm away, it's a working progress.

What a day, I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 4lb this week
I'm ecstatic but knackered, walked to the gym this morning, did 40 mins on the treadmill, 3 sets of 20 reps on the chest press machine, 30 mins on the powerbike. Body combat for 1 hour, which was a killer
Walked back home, had a healthy lunch tidied up a little bit, packed the motorhome ready for the weekend. Walked back to the gym and did 1 hour pilates and walked back home again, so I walked 10 miles in total with a backpack on.
Had a healthy dinner, managed to stay in calorie range today but still not managed to get all my protein.
Nice hot bubble bath in a bit and then early to bed.

Another good gym session 2.75 hrs this morning after work, a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Stayed in range on my tracker but still didn't meet my protein goal
Prepared dinner for later, ran a couple of errands in town, bought a pair of sweatbands as a treat for being consistent with my workouts. Treated myself to a small beauty treatment too.
Had a good zumba session t, they're starting a new class called Bokwa next Fri at the health center so I'm thinking of trying that out too just to see what it's like.
After zumba, I had my hair done as it was ready, at least I look almost human now
My best friend came round for a couple of hours and we had a milky coffee, she had biscuits and I wasn't even tempted, I've got to say that it is becoming easier to refuse sweet things, it doesn't bother me as much as it used to. In fact a lot if things are becoming easier.
Hot bath and bed.
