I am trying to get back on track....I CANT SEEM to @ 265. Fell off the path and an going to get off my BUT, crawl back up, stand up and start moving again.

Ok... at 285 now. Been doing the the right things. Do the tread mill between 2.5 - 3 miles, some wieghts and mat work ( crunches on the ball)

10 from the original goal of 275,,,, 6'4" and 275 is ok,,,,,,but I am thinking 250 now.

So I went to Phoenix on March 22nd for a meeting. I wen to the seat without asking for an extention hoping that it was not needed...... it wasn't.

The belt was tight but is was able to fit and I was able to last the 5+ hr flight.

I broke the 300lb line. Nomaly the weekend in hard because of the free time. I normaly go up a lbs or two, but over the week I lose it and continue on.

I am having the right knee scoped on the 22nd, I plan to be good over the 4 days I am down, eating good stuff and drinking water.....

    emoticon That is so awesome on not having to ask for an extension!

On the weekend, figure out a new outside activity to do. That should keep you busy. Or pick a new healthy recipe from on here to try to make. I generally do better on the weekends myself, mostly because I have the time to go for a walk or exercise.

New week

Tuff start to the week. Traveled to Rochester for two days. Was able to get fruit along the way... some of the rest areas on the NY Rt 90 have fresh apples.

Lots if water on the way... nice thing the rest areas or close to each other. Monday a normal dinner at Long Horns, out with a few people Tuesday night, stayed in line. Was able to get to the treadmills at the hotel... Not the GREATEST in the world.

Birthday dinner last night.

The 1st

Ok... So I have been being good, eating what I should, no chips, no candy, no junk type food,,, that HARD to do.

I live in the Boston area. I travel by car for work, I drive to and from the Six New England states, NYC, Upstate NY ( Albany to Buffalo). I have field employees and customers I visit. It is hard, all the rest stops along the way. I have found that is you look at the menus you can find stuff to eat. McDonalds, Burger King, Roy Rodgers all have a grilled chicken breast. The Fruit and Walnut salad is great, and some of the the rest areas have shops with apples.

I am not a big drinker, when my wife and I went out in the past I had one beer maybe, then soda or water. I was a chicken wing guy.... 99's bone less wings with ranch, the orders of 10-20 wings at places, that was what I did, that was my down fall.

Almost 46, my left knee has had work done on it twice in the past 6 years, the right is due. Down almost 50 for my high water mark I am scheduling the right knee, it locked up the other night, it hurt, I yelled, my wife woke.......

Been doing at least 30 minutes on the Wii Fit free step each day, 10 minutes regular height then 20 with the 3 inch extension. My wife was up early for work, I had two emails from over night and could not go back to sleep, so I got up and did 20 minutes this morning.

Ok thats it for now... Just thinking.....Going to Phoenix on the 22nd, 1st plane ride in a while. Was close to no belt extension in Nov, would be nice not to need it
