Today was an awesome day!! I went to the gym and burned 1065 calories on the stairmaster and the treadmill. Calories eaten all in line.

Bad day oh man!!

Today was my daughters 10th birthday. I was set great on calories but she wanted to go eat at a Mexican restaurant. This has to be the hardest place for me to go and eat healthy. I have to learn to not stuff my face at these places. This is just a speed bump. I did not go to the gym today as I try to always spend time with my kids on their birthdays.

Great day today!! I went 30 minutes on treadmill and burned 421 calories and also want 25 Minutes on the stair master burning 360 calories. I wear a polar ft heart rate monitor to keep track of calories burned. Feeling great!! Calories eaten are good. Now to get good night of rest.

Time to get serious!!

Tomorrow when I wake up there will be a new Justin. I am bound and determined that this is going to happen. Time to get serious and get healthy. I am on high bp pills and also gout pills. I have been told by doctor with weight loss both pills might not be necessary. I could use any help along my way. I will try to blog every day to keep my journey going and would love anyone willing to add me as friend and keep encouraging me. I know I have failed at this probably 10 times but this is it. This is the new Justin!!!

Happy Easter everyone!! Today I celebrate my 36th birthday also. Today I have decided I am going to set a goal. I want to be under 300 lbs by the time I go see my Dr on October 4th. I want to walk in and be at least 299 lbs. I know this will take hard work but this can be done. I have not been able to do much for exercise this week since having the surgery so I am keeping my blogs real short and combining days. I have been doing a lot of research online on workouts and especially weight lifting. If anyone knows of some good workouts feel free to share. I belong to gym so that's not a problem finding equipment.
