Ok. Full morning so far

Home from work at 3:0
Out the door for run at 6:30

30 day arm-full workout
Push-ups-35
Dips-65
Curls-90 (30 lb resistance band)
Punches-75 seconds

30 day abs
Sit-ups -40 (35 short)
Crunches -40 (60 short)
Leg raises-45
Planks-65 planks

So workouts are done for he day Nona have my 10000 steps in by 10 am. Now it's chore time. Laundry, dishwasher, trash. Busy day

Hey y'all

Ok. Today's a 30 day off day. Good thing. Worked hour over last night. Home 2:55. Daughter up at 3 in full on ADHD mode. She never went back to sleep. Running on 2 hours sleep. Awesome. Situation normal. I did get her to ride her bike while I walked. No run

Slow speed. Never stopped timer, emergency stop at house for bike repair. Loose training wheel

I don't know if I could have done anything on just a couple hours sleep. I'm too old to do the all/short nighter stuff anymore.

Ok. Halfway point. Too bad I did this program over vacation. I don't do well with tons of free time. Oh well, it is what it is

Slacking on both of those, screwed up my neck sometime last week.

Tomorrows an off day. Will still try and get in run

Back to work and 3hour sleep schedule. Yeabuddy.

Got kicked out of bed this morning by my daughter at 5:30. Rough way to start a Sunday (especially when you go to bed at 2(guess vacations officially over). So I got my run in today. Good deal.

No run today. Did get in 12000+ today though

No sit-ups or crunches. Screwed up my neck a couple weeks back and decided not yo jerk it around tonight. Get back to them tomorrow

On an unrelated note had date night with my lovely beautiful wife last night. Took her to a concert. Night Ranger/Loverboy. Night ranger was awesome. High energy. Great songs. Good times. Great memories. Loverboy was ok. Music was good but mike Reno (lead singer) has really let himself go. He had to take frequent breaks to catch his breathe and never moved on the stage. Sad. Just goes to show you that time catches up with everyone eventually I guess
