Slept 9 hours last night; however, I woke up at 2:30 a.m. to use the bathroom and couldn't get back to sleep for at least an hour.
Things I did:
Did my 40 minutes of strength training - for some reason I felt it more than the other times I did the same work out.
Vitamins taken: Folic Acid, Multi, calcium
Went to bed at 10:30.
I do have a lot on my mind in that I am looking for a new job, and that's what my mind lingered on while I attempted to slip back into sleep.
