Today was a work day for me. I drive 45 minutes, work 12 hours, then drive home and am on call all night. Most days there is little time for exercise on work days, so I take the stairs instead of using the elevator. There are 115 steps top to bottom and I make the trip several times a day. Not sure how to log that, or if I even should, but at least it is something.
Now I think I will go get on the trainer and get a few more minutes cardio.
