Exercised first thing this a.m. when my husband left for work. I feel off-center and unprepared for school to start in 4 weeks. So, I got the dvd player plugged into the bedroom tv and did a 15 minute workout. I recorded my breakfast food... I don't like to do that but something is making me do it today. I want this 4 weeks to make a difference. I must stay on it and may need to blog and post on forums here like a maniac. Husband will be home for 2.5 weeks starting Thursday. This will be a challenging time regarding food, exercise, etc.
