week one of starting over is complete

Most of the week has sbeen a good one, only 1 major slip up.. but just get back on track and keep yourself motivated, put the slip behind you and look ahead and what's done is done... did some extra walking yesterday to make up for the slip up, those darn candy robin eggs. oh well.. lets keep going forward..... two days before weigh in... so stay on top of it and do somemore extra walking or a extra run for the day.... here we go week 1 is done.. week 2 will be even better!!!!!

so far the week is going good of starting over.. today is a beautiful day, I got in a portion of my walk done.. and plan on spending most of the day outside keeping busy.. and then going of my walk/jog while the weather is a little cooler, before it warms up to much. suppose to be in the 80's today. hopefully anyway, warm weather for March here in Nebraska!!! We love it.

Starting over for this year, been slipping lately, I tell you everytime I stop tracking my food, the weight comes back on... Well here is to day 4... Today I am doing really well on keeping the calories down to wear they should be.. Here is to keeping on track!!!1
