So I haven't been doing that great this last week...been really busy - funeral, church dinner, football game, concert...so I've been eating really bad. Probably not what most people would consider bad, but not nearly as healthy as I've been eating. Haven't even been to the gym in a week! Ugh! Won't have time to go today, but I'm determined to go tomorrow as soon as I get off work. I had no idea I'd miss working out as much as I do. Feeling sluggish, and just overall blah. On the upside, I haven't GAINED any weight, so I'm happy about that. Brought my lunch today - three bean turkey chili, and had a whole wheat pancake for breakfast, and sitting here guzzling water. So begins my journey to get back on the bandwagon and undo the damage I've done this last week!
