...New years resolution: Im running the 10k this year. Last year I ran the 5k, My first 5K in fact. I felt completely drained and out of breath but so accomplished after the run. I wasn't prepared enough though. This year I will run the 10K to challenge myself, and this time I have more than 3 months to get ready. I plan on blogging nearly everyday about my progress.
ran 2km at average 6.5 speed, 20 min.
did two 4 min zumba videos from sensazaocrew(They're awesome check them out on YT)
did the 10min Coach Nicole crunchless core workout
Any tips to get best prepared will be greatly apreciated!
