I am taking control of my life back. My special needs son is back in school and seems to be adjusting. We have tackled a number of costly life events and are still treading water. I now have 7 hours a day (on weekdays) TO MYSELF and I am going to whip my house, my yard and my craft studio, AND MYSELF back into shape!
I recently lost some of the weight I gained back in the last year and I am moving forward with things that make me feel healthier, more organized, less stressed and less out of control.
My new Goal outline
#1 mini goal: start a fitness streak with minimum 10min /day.
plan: I am following a 90 day walking to fitness program, and have a membership to the YMCA where I can do circuit training and swimming (which I love!)
#2 mini goal: 9 fruit/veggies a day
#3 mini goal: stay in calorie range 6 day/wk
#4: check in with my SP Buddy daily
Monthly Goal: Lose 6lb in August
Goal: lose 2lb per week to meet target goal of 250lb by Nov 11th
Long term goal: Look and feel Marvelous at my Niece's wedding next year!
