Wow! can't believe summer is over. Starting fall decorations. Stores already have Christmas items out. Been so busy with partys and just to think, my house is almost together since the fire in Jan 07' boy ! what a mess that was but happy it's all over with just a few more things to go.

Well the vaction was great, but now its back to reality.Going to be home alot, so this will give me a chance to start excising and back to finding new ways to keep my routine exciting!
The contractors are back to begin work on the house. What a mess! I have my work cut out..Hope I'll be able to find everthing, for they are scatter everywhere.
This weather is really something! It's so cold, hope for warmer conditions.

Wow, how fast this vacation went, can't believe I'm really back home. We had a great time. The weather wasn't good it was so cold. The temps went to below zero..It started out to be just my husband and oldest grandchild and of course myself. Before we new it, my friends with their husband decided to join us. We are very close more like family. So they call and spent the entire week with us.

Even with all the fun we were having I still mangae to keep myself on track with food portion. Wow, that for me was great!

Still trying to figure out how to put picture on my profile page. A snow storm is on it's way and this will give me more time to do some extra excising.Great excuse to stay home!!!!

Wasn't that a crazy snow storm? Well atleast here, not sure where you were but its like 5 degrees out and it was sleeting out hehe. How much did you's get? We got about 10 inches would have been a lot more if it wasn't for all that sleet. Report Inappropriate Comment

Wow! Can't believe it's that time again. Started to make plans to board the dogs for our 5 day getaway.I know that this vacation will be different because I'm better prepared to keep my eating on track with all that I learn from this great site.

Thanks for dropping by - Where are you headed for your vacation? And dogs? what kind? We had Pomeranians most of our 40 years together, but after the last one died at age 17, we just decided that if we wanted to travel at all, that it would not be smart to continue to have animals.
