so, here i am again struggling with the same old delima, overeating from Wednesday to Friday. I normally weighin on Saturdays, and i can follow my food plan to the max, i don't overeat and i would exercise consistently, but once Wednesday comes around it's like my body just gets a mind of it's own. My eating becomes erractic and the exercising just stop.
WHAT IS GOING ON? Should i change my weighin day to Monday?
Why can't i stay on track. I am so tired of loosing up to 10lbs and then end up gaining it back, with extras. I want to get under 200lbs so badly and i am determine to do it without diet pills or any other extreme measures. I thank God for Sparkpeople, and my Sparkbuddy ( lindalu) it is a struggle losing weight but with the support i am getting from them ( sparkpeople and linda) i am sure i would be heavier than i am.
Well the journey continues and tomorrow is Wednesday, and i am determine to stick within my calorie range and exercise. I will post my results on Saturday. I am praying for some weightloss!
