You can do it, you have started your weight loss journey by writing down your goals and agendas. It is good that you are on here explaining your goals because when you tell others or write it down you are more capable of doing the work. I don't know what helps you but I like to watch the biggest loser, I encourage you to watch it because this season they have the heaviest people, I think to myself, if they can loose the weight, I know I can. I am proud that I have not been discouraged my slow weight loss. The pounds are not dropping as fast as I like them to, but I am losing inches and my clothes are fitting better. My skin has also improved due to increasing my water intake...and I just feel good overall.
Next challenge to eat less bread.....
