I made grilled chicken, grilled maple glazed pineapples, baked potatoes and peas for dinner. I made the pineapples and chicken on my countertop grill and they turned out pretty good but I must say I am ready for this snow to go away so we can grill outdoors!!! We are having a carry in meeting at work and I made mango salsa to make sure I would have something to eat at the meeting and because its freaking awesome and pretty much my favorite food ever! Ever! Seriously....2 mangos, 2 avocados, can of black beans, can of corn, fresh squeezed lime juice = awesomeness!!!! FYI recipe is in my spark cookbook recipes thingy. So tomorrow is weigh in day and I am pretty excited. I think i worked hard this week and I am looking forward to seeing some results! Also i got my 9 cups of water in today =) This whole week I have done my 8 cups so I am pretty excited. I have also tracked all my foods and exercised every day.
